It's already sweltering in many parts of the country and that's a good sign it's time to make some menu adjustments to keep your Indian meals light and bright yet still authentic and flavorful. In Moji's family, when the weather warmed up, she moved away from curries and toned down the chili, opting for a fresh mint or cilantro chutney condiment instead. From skewered chicken tikka and marinated salmon to flash-fried fresh paneer, the options are endless. And you can pair with a variety of sides including cous cous, wild rice, pasta salad or light summer greens. And best of all, it's super easy to scale up for bigger outdoor gatherings!
Here is a fabulous summer menu to explore using a variety of Moji's blends!
