I watched the video on this listing and decided to make it the way she prepared it, although I did not double the recipe, I just made 2 lbs. or 4 chicken thighs so you need to half the ingredients in her video. Her recipe does call for the addition of a lot of additional ingredients, but it's doubtful that I would have used the spice pack as is anyway.The verdict? Everybody in my house loved it. My daughter even asked for seconds, which she never does. This curry was a hit with my wife because the recipe doesn't use coconut milk, but uses Greek yogurt instead. Using a single dried Thai chile, I flavored the batch and the spiciness level was pleasant, but mild enough that my daughter could enjoy it also. I highly recommend following the recipe in the video the first time you use this spice mix. It was delicious.
