We’ve got a zesty spinach dip for you this Thanksgiving that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser. Moji’s sautéed palak is perfect to fold into your favorite spinach or artichoke dip. (Or, of course, enjoy it as a side!)
In case you missed it on IG, here’s our recipe below. We made this herbaceous Greek yogurt spinach dip in no time using Moji’s Palak Masala. feel free to experiment and adjust the herbs to your taste! the dill is a keeper though, in our opinion
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 packet Moji Masala Palak Masala
3 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb fresh baby spinach blanched and chopped or frozen chopped spinach defrosted
1/4 cup fresh dill
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
