It's so good and not over the top in any category (spice level, cooking time or prep).There's a QR code on the back of the package that walks you through how to prepare the meal. It's basically just mixing a few items together and adding the chicken. You let it marinate overnight and then it's a simple, pop into the oven!The taste was seriously so so good! I have never tried to cook Indian food but these spice packs were OUTSTANDING! I did the Tandoori Chicken on my Big Green Egg and the chicken came out finger linking good. Very flavorful spice. Cooked it at 450°F. The Gobi Masala cauliflower I never had before and it was fantastic. It spicier than the chicken packet but not too hot for my wife. Thank you to the vendors. I’ll be ordering more!

This Indian moji masala came in every closible pack of two, specialized in fish. The ingredients are listed on the back so you know what suits best for this masala. Since the one I received is a fish masala I decided to make fish curry. It turned out very flavorful. I believe it can be used in other curries such as vegetables meats etc too. These are vegan and very flavorful. Gave my fish curry and new authentic flavor which my whole family loved. Will use them again in future.

I tried the potato curry spice blend. I cooked two Idaho potatoes (diced), added the powder mix after cooked and drained, and done. The flavor was delicious and not spicy whatsoever, my whole family loved it.Likewise, with the chicken rasedar, I added the spice to raw chicken and cooked both together where it also tasted delicious! I added onions and peas too.The pouches are resealable but if cooking for more than 1 person, you'll likely use the full pouch.

Was fun to follow the instructions & videos on the website. I am not the best cook but it was not too difficult, all of the ingredients required are on the packets and the end result was delicious. The packs are resealable too if you want to use a smaller amount. Great product.

2 packs at 0.4 oz each came in the package. Made of cumin, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and peppercorn. Suitable for sautéing, seasoning or just adding to your dishes. I used it to add to my curry. The curry I made tasted wonderful. Rich curry flavor. Robust and medium spicy. Very authentic.Overall, one of the better masala powders that I have tried. Very authentic curry taste. Will recommend.

My whole family loves curry and this one is a new favorite. I love that there is a video on the listing for how to make it. The instructions in the video are very helpful! I went to the market and got all of the ingredients and it was absolutely delicious.

They are region and dish specific, but as someone who has eaten many Indian dishes, spices for certain dishes from different parts of India can vary. Meaning butter chicken from Punjabi region will taste vastly different from the Gujarat or the Kashmir region.However, that being said, these spice packets vary in contents from cumin seeds, black \ green cardamom, clove, cinnamon, black peppercorn, fennel seeds, red chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder and turmeric.I highly suggest tasting a dab of the spice packet, prior to using them to marinate, and to allow for a certain amount of heat, without having your dish ruined from being overpowered.Resealable pouch is a plus.Vegan, but processed in a facility with nuts and eggs.Tastes fantastic and true to the spice style, just pricy for what it is, but the convenience factor and freshness really make up for it.

This spice is very versatile and can be used in several dishes. It’s aromatic and authentic. These warm spices work great in my Butter Chicken recipe. Very convenient to use. The packets of spice are quite small for the price point IMO, but they are very good.

I watched the video on this listing and decided to make it the way she prepared it, although I did not double the recipe, I just made 2 lbs. or 4 chicken thighs so you need to half the ingredients in her video. Her recipe does call for the addition of a lot of additional ingredients, but it's doubtful that I would have used the spice pack as is anyway.The verdict? Everybody in my house loved it. My daughter even asked for seconds, which she never does. This curry was a hit with my wife because the recipe doesn't use coconut milk, but uses Greek yogurt instead. Using a single dried Thai chile, I flavored the batch and the spiciness level was pleasant, but mild enough that my daughter could enjoy it also. I highly recommend following the recipe in the video the first time you use this spice mix. It was delicious.
