My family prefers cooking at home and we love Indian food, but it's a bit difficult to do at home with the number of ingredients required (and remembering the order you have to add them to get the flavors just right). A lot of the premade pouches are filled with sodium and other scary stuff, so I was happy to find these all-in-one packets from Moji. It really is simple to make the dishes, and they clearly label what you need so it wasn't difficult at all to do.I'm vegetarian so the mushroom packet was great and so was the potato. The spice level was nice but it wasn't hot, so you can add chili peppers or chili flakes to give it an extra kick. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and think it's better than the other all-in-one packets I've tried.

I liked the flavour, but this was on the high end of what these spices should cost and I just didn’t think it was worth the price.

Have used it on my chicken and it tastes very good. I can smell all the spices and it makes the chicken taste very good. I look forward to using it again.

I selected the kitchari masala spice blend and then didn't know what to do with it. I eat Indian food, but I've never made it...until now.Using the QR code on the back, I went to their website and selected the recipe. I didn't have split mung beans, but I did have some chana dal, so I made it with those. I followed the directions and it turned out delicious. (chana dal cooks superfast though. Next time, I think I'll wait to add them until after the water's come to a boil.)This was super easy to make, and the end result was very tasty. The packet costs about %50, which is a little steep, but it was worth it for the compliments.

I'm so glad to have bought this product. It's so good and not over the top in any category (spice level, cooking time or prep).There's a QR code on the back of the package that walks you through how to prepare the meal. It's basically just mixing a few items together and adding the chicken. You let it marinate overnight and then it's a simple, pop into the oven!The taste was seriously so so good! The chicken was so moist and my husband and I loved it so much to have it as a staple in our pantry.If you want to shake up your dinner routine, grab this now!

I have never tried to cook Indian food but these spice packs were OUTSTANDING! I did the Tandoori Chicken on my Big Green Egg and the chicken came out finger linking good. Very flavorful spice. Cooked it at 450°F. The Gobi Masala cauliflower I never had before and it was fantastic. It spicier than the chicken packet but not too hot for my wife. Thank you to the vendors. I’ll be ordering more!

This is a two pack of premeasured spices. It includes a recipe on the back that makes a delicious quick vegan cauliflower dinner. It is super easy and delicious.

My whole family loves curry and this one is a new favorite. I love that there is a video on the listing for how to make it. The instructions in the video are very helpful! I went to the market and got all of the ingredients and it was absolutely delicious.

I watched the video on this listing and decided to make it the way she prepared it, although I did not double the recipe, I just made 2 lbs. or 4 chicken thighs so you need to half the ingredients in her video. Her recipe does call for the addition of a lot of additional ingredients, but it's doubtful that I would have used the spice pack as is anyway.The verdict? Everybody in my house loved it. My daughter even asked for seconds, which she never does. This curry was a hit with my wife because the recipe doesn't use coconut milk, but uses Greek yogurt instead. Using a single dried Thai chile, I flavored the batch and the spiciness level was pleasant, but mild enough that my daughter could enjoy it also. I highly recommend following the recipe in the video the first time you use this spice mix. It was delicious.

I love Indian food but I’ve always thought it seemed intimidating to make at home since I’m unfamiliar with the spices and processes. However this makes it super easy.Mix olive oil, tomato paste, and a pack of these spices to make a paste. Put that paste on the chicken and let it marinate, then bake it. Couldn’t be easier!It came out really great, I use chicken thighs and served it with broccoli, rice, and some pre-made naan bread. Loved it!

I made Tandoori chicken using this Tandoori Moji masala and it was exceptional. Very authentic tandoori , the taste and smell was breathtaking. Super easy to make . Marinade chicken with this masala ,tomato paste and olive oil for 24 hours and bake it. Delicious Tandoori chicken is ready. I would appreciate if recipe is printed on package instead of the website.

This seasoning is absolutely perfect and delicious for making potato curry. The spice blend is really incredible and fresh, and I have never been able to make an aloo curry this great on my own. The packages are quite small and each will only do one meal per the instructions. However, it’s so incredibly delicious that I would definitely purchase in the future.

This Moji Masala Gobi Masala Spice Blend is flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. I did not look up the official cooking video, but just used the “shopping list” of ingredients on the back of the pouch to prepare a meal: sautéing onion, garlic (plus extra garlic), a head of cauliflower plus some cabbage because we are a big family, tomatoes, (some tomato paste for extra flavor and color), salt, and one whole packet of the masala blend. I served the finished masala over rice and the whole family loved it. It was faster and easier to put together than measuring all the masala ingredients separately. However, since a whole package is used for one meal, this 2-pack does feel expensive. It may be worth it for those wanting a convenient and delicious home cooked meal.
