How to Make Sweet Masala Chai
Bring 2 cups water to a boil.Add tea bags or loose tea.Steep 15–20 minutes for a strong base.In a separate pan, toast 1 tsp moji masala ® Sweet Masala on medium heat for 10–20 seconds until fragrant.Add milk to the toasted masala and warm gently.Combine the brewed tea with the spiced milk mixture.Bring to a boil. Let it rise once, reduce heat. Repeat once more. Simmer until medium-dark brown. Strain if needed. Sweeten if desired. Serve hot.
