1 medium head of cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Moji’s Kashmiri Garam Masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
2 tablespoons honey or enough to drizzle on all the steaks
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze/reduction or enough to drizzle on all the steaks
1/2 cup of fresh parsley leaves (optional, for garnish)
Step 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. slice cauliflower into steaks.
Step 2 combine the olive oil, salt, garam masala and garlic powder and blend well. Drizzle over the cauliflower, taking the time to coat evenly on both sides. Ensure that all the spices get transferred to the cauliflower.
Step 3 Place on a sheet pan and Roast for about 20 minutes on each side, or until you form a nice caramelized brown coat.
Step 4 Remove cauliflower from the oven and Drizzle the honey and balsamic glaze on one side of the steaks. brush to coat evenly. Repeat on the other side, if desired.
Step 5 Roast for five more minutes and remove from oven. Garnish with Parsley and serve hot.
