CHEF ROSH is a passionate chef who has been recognized time and again for her delicious and innovative cooking.  She used our Gobi Masala to make this delicious Indian-inspired falafel.

For Falaffel:

1 packet Moji Masala Gobi Masala

1 cup cooked chickpeas (1 can is fine also)

1 white onion

1/4 bunch parsley

1/4 bunch cilantro

2 tbs tahini (sesame) paste

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbs peeled garlic

1 tbs olive oil

Juice of one lemon

To build Moji falafel you will need:

4 naans or flatbreads

Salad garnish of choice (I use chopped, onions tomato cilantro lettuce)

2 tbs green chutney or hot sauce of choice

1 tbs yogurt

For falafel:

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Let mixture rest for 30 mins. Then form into bite size balls and air fry at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or bake in the oven on convection at 350 degrees for 12 mins or deep fry until golden brown.

To build wrap:

Spread chutney and yogurt on bread.  Top with 4 cooked Moji falafel pieces and salad.   Wrap and enjoy!
