Chef Rosh's Desi-Style Falafel
(Makes 16 Falafel/Serves 4)

SPICE CROSS is our way to pay homage to our followers and customers who are inspired to experiment with our fresh and flavorful spice blends. We love our own authentic recipes for sure. But we also love to see how versatile they are as others take knowledge from diverse cuisines and add their own touch!
CHEF ROSH is a passionate chef who has been recognized time and again for her delicious and innovative cooking. She used our Gobi Masala to make this delicious Indian-inspired falafel.
Ingredients:
For Falaffel:
1 packet Moji Masala Gobi Masala
1 cup cooked chickpeas (1 can is fine also)
1 white onion
1/4 bunch parsley
1/4 bunch cilantro
2 tbs tahini (sesame) paste
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbs peeled garlic
1 tbs olive oil
Juice of one lemon
To build Moji falafel you will need:
4 naans or flatbreads
Salad garnish of choice (I use chopped, onions tomato cilantro lettuce)
2 tbs green chutney or hot sauce of choice
1 tbs yogurt
Instructions:
For falafel:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Let mixture rest for 30 mins. Then form into bite size balls and air fry at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or bake in the oven on convection at 350 degrees for 12 mins or deep fry until golden brown.
To build wrap:
Spread chutney and yogurt on bread. Top with 4 cooked Moji falafel pieces and salad. Wrap and enjoy!
